Form CRS ("Customer Relationship Summary")

SEC regulations require clients to have access to an easy-to-read disclosure form regarding the nature of their relationship with the firm, called the Customer Relationship Summary, or Form CRS.

Form CRS includes:

  • The types of client relationships and services the firm offers

  • The fees, costs, conflicts of interest and standard of conduct associated with those relationships and services

  • Whether the firm and its financial professionals currently have reportable legal or disciplinary history

  • How to obtain additional information about the firm

The nature of a client's relationship with a firm depends in which products and account types they choose to invest, so multiple Forms CRS may apply depending on a client's portfolio at TRPI. TRPI offers brokerage services through our broker-dealer, TRPI Investment Services, Inc. (TRPI Investment Services), and advisory services through our investment advisers, including TRPI Advisory Services, Inc. (TRPI Advisory Services), and TRPI Associates, Inc (TRPI Associates).

Each of these services is different, and the Form CRS is designed to provide information about each respective option.

Each Form CRS includes “Conversation Starters” or questions that you are encouraged to ask your financial professional. Please see below for responses to these questions for the TRPI Investment Services and TRPI Advisory Services Forms CRS. Or you can contact a T. Rowe Price representative to discuss these questions directly.
